End User License Agreement (EULA)
This EULA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use worxTMS, including our Driver Tracking App, accounting integrations, and hosted FrontAccounting service, in accordance with your US$9.99 (promotional) or US$29.99 (regular) monthly subscription plan. You do not own the software; you are granted a right to use it subject to the terms outlined herein.
License Grant & Unlimited Access
worxTMS grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for your transport management needs. Your subscription includes unlimited drivers, team members, customers, shipments, real-time GPS tracking via our Driver Tracking App, and integrations with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and hosted FrontAccounting (at no additional cost). This license is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to other parties without written consent from worxTMS.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, algorithms, and intellectual property within worxTMS, our Driver Tracking App, and integrations remain the exclusive property of worxTMS. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the platform. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. FrontAccounting remains open-source; hosted versions are managed by worxTMS.
Acceptable Use & Abuse Detection
You may not use worxTMS for commercial resale, rental, or for providing services to third parties without explicit authorization. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or circumvent security measures. Excessive API calls, abnormal usage patterns, or resource exploitation constitutes service abuse. worxTMS monitors for abuse and may suspend service or modify subscription terms if abuse is detected.
Disclaimer of Warranties
worxTMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. worxTMS takes no responsibility for service interruptions, data loss, GPS tracking inaccuracies, or integration failures with QBO, Xero, or FrontAccounting. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Driver Tracking App accuracy depends on device GPS capabilities and network connectivity.
License Termination & Pricing Changes
This license terminates automatically upon expiration of your subscription or violation of these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted are revoked and you must cease use of the platform. worxTMS may modify subscription plans and pricing at any time if abuse is detected. Pricing may change from the promotional US$9.99 rate to US$29.99 or other rates. Last Updated: 2026
