Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of worxTMS, including our Transport Management System, Driver Tracking App, accounting integrations, and hosted FrontAccounting service. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
Service Usage & Features
worxTMS provides unlimited access to all features including unlimited drivers, team members, customers, shipments, and real-time GPS tracking via our Driver Tracking App. Your subscription includes integration with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and hosted FrontAccounting at no additional cost. You agree to use worxTMS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content. Unauthorized access, data manipulation, or system interference is strictly prohibited.
User Accounts & Driver Tracking
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including Driver Tracking App access. You agree to notify worxTMS immediately of any unauthorized access. worxTMS takes no responsibility for unauthorized account access, misuse, or inaccuracies in GPS tracking data.
Subscription Pricing & Abuse Policy
Current promotional pricing: US$9.99/month for unlimited access. Regular pricing: US$29.99/month. Unlimited features include unlimited drivers, team members, customers, and shipments. However, worxTMS reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing if the service is abused, including but not limited to: excessive API calls, abnormal usage patterns, resource exploitation, or use of the service contrary to these terms. Users will be notified of any pricing changes with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
worxTMS takes no responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, business interruption, or inaccurate GPS tracking. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months. We do not warrant that the Driver Tracking App will be 100% accurate or that integrations with QBO, Xero, or FrontAccounting will function without errors.
Modification of Terms & Pricing
worxTMS reserves the right to modify these terms, pricing, and features at any time, especially if service abuse is detected. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email with 30 days notice where applicable.
Termination
worxTMS may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or detected service abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Last Updated: 2026
