How worxTMS Works

Step 1 – Create the Shipment

Create a new shipment, select your customer, choose the required service and enter the collection and delivery details. Single-stop and multi-stop routes are both supported, making it easy to manage anything from local deliveries to complex transport operations.

Step 2 – Assign the Driver & Vehicle

Assign the shipment to a driver and vehicle. The driver instantly receives the job through the worxTMS Driver App, including route information, collection details and delivery instructions.

Step 3 – Track Progress in Real Time

Monitor vehicles, drivers and shipments in real time. Office staff can view progress from the dashboard, while customers and other stakeholders can receive worxLIVE tracking links for complete visibility without requiring a login.

Step 4 – Complete the Job & Capture POD

Once the collection, delivery or service visit has been completed, the shipment status is automatically updated. Drivers can capture Proof of Delivery (POD) information, helping maintain accurate records and providing immediate confirmation that the job has been completed.

Step 5 – Generate & Send the Invoice

Once the job is completed, worxTMS can generate an invoice using the shipment information already captured during the transport process. Proof of Delivery (POD) documents can be attached automatically, allowing invoices and supporting documentation to be emailed directly to customers without leaving the system.
