Your information is used to provide, maintain, and improve the worxTMS platform, Driver Tracking App, and accounting integrations. We process transactions, send administrative communications, manage driver tracking and vehicle logistics, sync data with QBO and Xero, and comply with legal obligations. Data Security & GPS Tracking
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. GPS location data collected through our Driver Tracking App is encrypted and used solely for route optimization and fleet management. However, worxTMS takes no responsibility for unauthorized access, data breaches, loss of data, or GPS tracking inaccuracies due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cyber attacks, natural disasters, network failures, or third-party interference.
Accounting Integrations & Third-Party Services
worxTMS integrates with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and hosts FrontAccounting (free). Data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. worxTMS is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or data handling of these external accounting services. Your financial data security depends on both worxTMS and the third-party accounting provider's security measures.
