How to connect to another transport company with worxLINK
worxLINK is your own private network of worxTMS companies. You connect with a simple request, like a friend request. Once connected, you can assign shipments to that company, and everyone in the chain can see the load and track it live.
Steps

Both companies on worxTMS
Both companies must be on worxTMS to be linked.

Copy your Company ID
Go to Settings. On the Settings tab, click Copy next to your Company ID. Send it to the other company if they want to send shipments to you.

Add their Company ID
Open the Carriers tab, go to Connections, add the other company's Company ID and click Save.

They accept
The other company accepts your request. When it shows Connected, you can assign shipments to them.
Links work one way
If both companies want to send each other shipments, each one adds the other's Company ID.
Your subcontractor is not on worxTMS?
Add them without linking. The shipment keeps a record of who it was assigned to, without live tracking.
How a chain works
The last company in the chain is the owner and the only one that can edit the shipment or update its status.
Every other company is an observer and sees the same live information: the driver, the vehicle, the live position and the status.

Once the carrier shows Connected, you can assign shipments to them.
