How to share live tracking with worxLIVE
worxLIVE lets anyone follow a load live. There is no app and no login. It is handy for someone waiting for urgent parts, or for a WhatsApp group with your customer.
Steps

Find the shipment
Open the Shipments page and find the shipment.

Copy the link
Click the small link icon next to the customer name on the shipment card. The link is copied.

Share it
Paste it into WhatsApp, an SMS or an email.
What the person sees
The shipment, the stops and the live position on a map. They cannot change anything.
A small map icon beside each stop opens it in Google Maps. The numbered icon on a pickup opens the waybill, which they can print so it is ready when the truck arrives.
Good to know
The link stops working once the shipment is delivered.
Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people who should see that shipment.

The person can now follow the load without calling you.
