worxLIVE: Share a Live Shipment Tracking Link With Your Customers
worxLIVE lets you share a live tracking link for any shipment in one click. Anyone with the link can watch the vehicle on a map in real time, with no app, no login and no phone calls. Pickup customers can even print the online waybill before the truck arrives.
Why use worxLIVE?

How to share a worxLIVE link

Open the Shipments page
Find the shipment you want to share on the Shipments page.

Click the link icon next to the customer name
On the shipment card, click the link icon next to the company/customer name. The shipment's worxLIVE tracking link is copied in one click.

Paste and send it
Paste the link into WhatsApp, an email, an SMS or anywhere else you talk to your customer. That's it.
Don't mix up the two link icons: the link icon next to the customer name is the worxLIVE tracking link for customers. The link icon next to the driver's name is the driver link, which lets the driver change the status and upload the POD. Only send the driver link to your driver.
What your customer sees
The worxLIVE page looks like the shipment card in worxTMS, but with no buttons or controls, so nothing can be changed. It shows:
- The vehicle's live position on a map
- The pickup and delivery stops and their locations
- The shipment details and stop status
Your company's office location is not shown.
Printing the waybill from worxLIVE
On the worxLIVE page, each stop has a small numbered icon on its left. The pickup customer clicks it to open and print the online waybill (consignment note) for that stop.
Example: a company is waiting for an urgent collection. They open the worxLIVE link, see the truck is 20 minutes away and print the waybill. When the driver arrives, the paperwork is ready and the load leaves sooner. Meanwhile, the delivery company follows the same link and knows exactly when to expect the truck, without phoning anyone.
Is the link secure?
- Every link is unique. Each shipment's link contains its own secret ID, so it can't be guessed. Only people you share it with can open it.
- The link expires after delivery. Once the shipment is delivered, the link stops working.
- Tracking only. Nobody with the link can change the shipment, and prices and invoices are never shown.
worxLIVE link or customer login?
worxTMS gives you two ways to keep customers informed:
- worxLIVE link: quick to share, tracks one shipment, needs no login and expires after delivery. Best for one-off loads, receivers and WhatsApp groups.
- Customer login: a customer account (added under Members as a Customer member) where your customer can view their PODs, waybills and invoices and add shipments. Best for regular customers.
Frequently asked questions
Does my customer need worxTMS or an app?
No. The link opens in any web browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Why can't I see the vehicle moving?
The vehicle's position comes from the driver's worxAPP or an in-vehicle tracker. Check that a driver or tracked vehicle is assigned to the shipment and that tracking is switched on.
The link stopped working.
worxLIVE links expire once the shipment is delivered. For delivered shipments, share the POD or invoice instead.
Does worxLIVE cost extra?
No. worxLIVE is included with worxTMS.
