Register your own worxTMS
Sign up for the free 30-day trial. Add your company details in Settings and set your TimeZone. You can create a test shipment straight away using the House Account and default vehicle and driver.

Get a few friends with vehicles on board
Think of people you know with a bakkie, a 1 tonner, a 4 tonner or a truck: owner-drivers, small fleet owners, a mate who does deliveries on the side. Ask each of them to register their own worxTMS system. They get the same tools you do, including the driver app, live tracking, invoicing and free accounting, for their own business.

Link your systems with worxLINK
• Ask each friend for their Company ID (WT-XXXXXX). It is at the top right of their Settings page, with a Copy button.
• In your system go to Settings > Carriers > Connections, add them with their Company ID and click Save.
• They accept your request under Settings > Carriers > Requests. It then shows as Connected.

Find customers and create shipments
Create the shipment in your system with the pickup and delivery stops, price it from your rate sheet, and assign it to one of your linked friends. It lands in their worxTMS, and they give it to their driver.

Track, deliver and get paid
• Follow the vehicle live on your Shipments page
• Send your customer a worxLIVE tracking link, no app or login needed
• The driver records the delivery in the app and the POD shows up in your system
• Your friend's invoice appears on your shipment card, so you never chase it
• Click Invoice and email your invoice and the POD to your customer together
Good to know about worxLINK
Links work one way
Linking lets you send loads to them. If a friend also wants to send loads to you, they add your Company ID and you accept. So you link once if only you send work, and twice if you both do.
Your price stays private
Your price to the customer is never sent with the shipment. Your friend sets their own price on their copy and invoices you. Only you see their invoice.
Loads can be passed along
If your friend can't do a load, they can pass it to someone they're linked with. Everyone in the chain keeps the live tracking and sees the POD. The last company in the chain runs the job.
