Your customer books and tracks the load through your worxTMS. They can follow the truck live without needing to know which subcontractor is doing the delivery.

Click Assign Carrier, choose External Carrier and pick your subcontractor. If they are linked through worxLINK, the load appears in their own worxTMS straight away, and they assign their driver and vehicle.

PODs and invoices without chasing
When the subbie's driver delivers, the POD shows on your shipment at once. When the subbie invoices you, their invoice number appears on your shipment card and opens right in worxTMS. Only you see their invoice. Your customer never does.

Link your subcontractors
Go to Settings → Carriers → Connections, add your subcontractor's Company ID and click Send Request. When they accept, the status turns green Connected.

Book, assign and invoice your first load
Create the shipment, click Assign Carrier and choose your subcontractor. Follow it live, and once it is delivered, check the POD and click Invoice to bill your customer.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own trucks to use worxTMS?
No. A broker with no trucks can take on customers and pass every load to transporters they trust.
Is worxLINK a load board?
No. worxLINK is your own private network. You connect only to the companies you choose.
Can my customer see my subcontractor's invoice?
No. An invoice is only visible to the company it is addressed to. PODs are visible to everyone in the chain, because they carry no prices.
Who updates the load status?
The last company in the chain, the one whose driver is doing the job. Everyone else sees every update live.
Can my subcontractor send loads to me too?
Yes. Links work one way, so for loads to flow both ways, each company adds the other's Company ID.
