How to create your first shipment
A shipment is a job. You can create one in a few minutes, even before you have set anything else up.
Steps

Open Create
Click Create in the top menu.

Choose the customer and service
Choose the customer. If you do your own deliveries and do not need customers, use the House Account. Choose the service, such as the truck type, and add the customer's reference if there is one.

Add the pickup
Enter the pickup address, company name, date and time window. When you type the address, the first 4 characters search your Address Book, and after that Google locations are included too.

Add the delivery
Do the same for the delivery location.

Add the cargo
Enter the number of pieces and the weight for the stop. Click Add Cargo to add more cargo information.

More than one stop?
Click Add Stop to add another pickup or delivery. All the stops are combined into one job and billed as one.

Click Next
Click Next, then open the Shipments page to see your job.
Tip
worxTMS comes with a House Account, a Default Vehicle and a Default Driver, so you can test it before you do any setting up.

Your shipment is created. You will find it on the Shipments page.
