The Settings page allows you to configure the key operational and system options that control how worxTMS works for your transport and logistics workflows. From company defaults to functional preferences, this page ensures your system runs the way your business does day-to-day.

Search Address (above the map) — Enter your company name or street address exactly as you would in Google Maps. This sets your company’s precise pin on the map so trip distances are measured correctly — trips start and finish from this location.

Use the Search Address field above the map to set your company's precise location.
Settings fields
Company Name — Your Company Name
Contact Person — Primary contact name for the company
Contact Number — Main phone number
Company Email — Primary company email address
Visible to Other — Not used yet
Street 1 — Address line 1
Street 2 — Address line 2 (optional)
City — City / locality
Province — State / province / region
Country — Country
Postal Code — ZIP / postcode
Weight Format — Unit for weight (e.g., kg or lb)
Date Format — Preferred date display (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY)
Distance Format — Unit for distance (e.g., km or miles)
Measurement Format — Units for dimensions (e.g., metres or feet)
Traccar Token — This is automated for your tenant and can be ignored in the UI.
Workflow: Settings Page
- Open Settings from your Top Menu.
- Use Search Address above the map to select your company's precise location.
- Complete the fields listed above and confirm they match your business records.
- Click Save to apply your updates.
