The Create a Shipment page lets you build new shipments quickly and accurately, whether it’s a simple single-stop delivery or a multi-stop collection and drop-off. This page focuses on capturing all shipment details — addresses, contacts, items, weight and volume, notes, and pricing — so worxTMS can generate a complete and accurate shipment record before it moves on to dispatch or tracking.

Shipment Creation Workflow

  1. Select your customer and enter core shipment details (price, reference, service, etc.).
  2. Enter pickup and drop-off addresses. Use the map for accuracy and complete all contact details.
  3. (Optional) Add another stop for multi-drop or collection routes.
  4. Set route order:
    • Single stop shipments are ordered automatically.
    • For multi-stop routes, click pickup and delivery cards in the desired driver order. Stops at the same address are grouped.
  5. Review all details, then click Next to confirm and finalize the shipment.
