The Create a Shipment page lets you build new shipments quickly and accurately, whether it’s a simple single-stop delivery or a multi-stop collection and drop-off. This page focuses only on capturing the shipment details—addresses, contacts, items, weight/volume, notes, and pricing data—so the system can generate a complete and correct shipment record before it moves on to dispatch or tracking. Follow the steps below to create a shipment properly.

Shipment Workflow

  1. Select your customer and fill in main shipment details (price, reference, service, etc.).
  2. Enter pickup and drop-off address details. Use the map for accuracy and fill in all contact info.
  3. (Optional) Add Another Stop for multi-drop runs.
  4. Set route order:
    • For single stop: route order is automatic.
    • For multi-stop: click pickup/delivery cards in the driver order you want. Stops at same address are grouped.
  5. Double-check all details, then click Next to review and confirm your shipments.
