Step 1: Create Two Xero Contact Groups ("Drivers" and "Carriers")

Before connecting, create two dedicated contact groups in your Xero account, named Drivers and Carriers. This is a one-time setup and takes just a minute.

  • Why Groups? They allow worxTMS.com to automatically sync your drivers and carriers with Xero.
  • How to Create:
    1. Go to Contacts in Xero.
    2. Click Groups or "New Group".
    3. Create one named Drivers, and one named Carriers.
    4. Save both groups. Done!
  • Important: Spelling must be exact — Drivers and Carriers.

Step 2: Assign Your Contacts

Assign relevant drivers and carriers to the newly created groups:

  • Select contacts in Xero and click "Add to Group".
  • Choose either Drivers or Carriers.
  • You’re always in control—edit groups anytime.
